Bali Countryside and Service Quality Center

PT Isarini, the holding company of 'Bali Countryside - the Sukahet Sari Plantation', has formed an alliance with 'Service Quality Centre - Indonesia' (SQC), to offer an unrivalled opportunity for corporate customers to attain 'People Excellence through an Excellence Service Mindset that enables clients to develop and maintain Excellence in Delivery Systems and Products'. (SQC). SQC's mission states that: "We serve other companies by helping them succeed in service excellence". All SQC programs revolve around five key principles:-

1) Whole Company Approach

It is wasteful to train and motivate frontline staff only to have them demoralized when they re-enter a working climate that is not attuned to service excellence. Service is a culture, a way of thinking. Everyone in the company must speak the same service language. To achieve this, it is essential for the whole company to be involved in training.

2) Experiential Learning

Participants emotions are constantly engaged in the training because service is about emotions. The activities demand a heightened sense of emotional involvement and this challenges the participants existing mindset.

3) Cross Fertilization of Ideas

Participants from several divisions or work units come together to share their experiences. This prevents tunnel vision and inculcates internal habits, which help to open up the participants to new perspectives and possibilities.

4) Attitudinal Training

The training programs are aimed to develop positive service attitude or mindset,
which is the key to transforming people in the service industry.

5) L-A-L-A (Learn-Apply-Learn-Apply) Cycle

To ensure that service lessons are effectively applied in the working environment, field assignments are given to participants. These exercises require each participant to actively demonstrate and apply the key service principles. This will enhance the level of internalization of the learnings.

SQC offers a wide range of training programs which corporate clients can chose from, and the programs being offered in conjunction with the Sukahet Sari Plantation are as follows:-
